Cancellation and rebooking policy

Out of consideration for our other clients and waiting lists, we request a minimum of 24 hours should you wish to re-schedule or cancel your party.

Should you cancel 24 hours or more before your event a full refund will be given on any deposit paid

If you cancel less than 24 hours before your party is due to take place the deposit will not be refunded. Instead we will hold it for you to rebook anytime during the next 12 months.
