HIRE AGREEMENT

Persons hiring our inflatables are fully responsible for any loss through theft or otherwise any malicious damage or damage(s) occurring as a result of misuse. It is the responsibility of the client to secure permits from the management / administrative office of the area when the venue / booking is in a public area.

The balance in full should be paid upon delivery and set up.

Tumble Time reserves the right to refuse the booking if the inflatable will be placed in an unfavourable or dangerous location (desert, sand, gravel, with trees that might damage the bouncer, unlevel ground). 

Tumble Time will not set up the inflatable if weather conditions are deemed to be unsafe (too windy).

The client will provide one power outlet for the inflatable.

Client’s may book an attendant for the inflatable.  However, for pool related parties it is the client’s responsibility to arrange a lifeguard. Tumble Time employees are not responsible for any water activities at all.

Cancellation charges may apply.

For your information , safety and enjoyment we recommend the following;

1.   No shoes to be worn on the inflatable

2.   No sharp objects, e.g. jewellery, glasses etc.

3.   No adults unless the inflatable is designed for their use.

4.   Children must be  supervised at all times by a responsible adult.

5.   Do not climb on inflatable walls

6.   No pets

7.   The recommended number of children should not be exceeded

8.   No smoking, fires or BBQ to be used near the inflatable

9.   No food or drinks on the inflatable

10. Tumble Time will not be held responsible for any injury

I have read the above agreement and fully understand and accept the conditions as above. I am aware that whilst in my care I am fully responsible for the inflatable and I will pay for any loss or damage that may occur.
